Return & Refund Policy

All e-books and cheat sheets sold on AAS Knowledge Point are digital products delivered instantly at the moment of purchase. Because there is no shipping or delivery timeline — you receive the file immediately — all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes situations such as changing your mind, buying the wrong topic by mistake, or deciding the content wasn’t what you expected.

No Refunds on Digital Products

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any e-book or cheat sheet once payment is completed, regardless of whether the file has been opened or downloaded. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

If a File Genuinely Fails to Reach You

This is not a refund — it is us making sure you receive what you paid for. If your payment is successful but the download link doesn’t arrive, the file is corrupted, or the wrong topic is delivered due to an error on our end, email us at aasknowledgepoint@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation, and we will resend the correct file at no additional cost.

Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same e-book due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us verifying the error. This is a billing correction, not a product refund.
