Our office is in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. In-person classes run only from this location, for learners who can travel here. If you can’t travel to Vaishali, our online English speaking classes are open to learners anywhere in India — live sessions with the same teacher and material, not recordings.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to phone calls and WhatsApp messages during working hours, and to email and form enquiries within 24–48 hours. If you have not heard from us in that time, please call — occasionally form submissions are caught by spam filters.
Do you offer a free demo class?
Yes. We offer a free one-hour demo class before you enrol. It works both ways — you get to see how the teaching actually feels and whether the faculty suits you, and the teacher assesses your current level so the syllabus is planned around your gaps rather than a fixed template. Most learners decide within that hour.
Are classes online or offline?
Both. Spoken English classes online are live and available anywhere in India. Offline classes run only at our Vaishali, Ghaziabad office. The teacher, syllabus and material are identical in both formats — only the delivery changes. Most of our students learn online.
Do you offer one-to-one English speaking classes?
Yes. We offer one to one English speaking sessions as well as small group classes. One-to-one suits learners who hesitate to speak in front of others, or who need a specific outcome by a specific date — an interview, or an IELTS test. Contact us for availability and fees.
What are your class fees?
Group classes are ₹3,000 per month for spoken English, IELTS coaching and interview preparation — three classes a week, in a small batch of three to four students. CBSE English exam preparation is ₹2,000 per month for two classes a week. One-to-one classes are priced according to your goal and requirement, so please contact us for a quote.
Can I get a refund on an e-book or cheat sheet?
No. E-books and cheat sheets are non-refundable because the file downloads instantly at the moment of purchase. If your payment goes through but the product does not reach you, that is a different situation — email us with your order number and we will make sure you receive it.
