I’m Seema Sinha.
For over 25 years I’ve taught English — in classrooms, in schools, and now online to anyone in India who’s ready to speak. I built AAS Knowledge Point so that learning English would finally feel natural: you understand the rule in Hindi, then practise it out loud in English.
“You already understand English. My job is to get it out of your head and onto your tongue.”
Why I teach the way I do
For years I watched capable students who could pass any grammar test freeze the moment they had to actually speak English.
That gap is what shaped everything I do now. These were people who knew far more English than they gave themselves credit for — they understood every word on the page. But somewhere between the head and the mouth, the confidence disappeared, and no amount of grammar drilling seemed to fix it.
Over 25 years of teaching, I came to understand why. Most English teaching in India is built for the exam, not the conversation. The students who actually became fluent were always the ones who spoke — out loud, imperfectly at first, every single day.
Fluency doesn’t come from knowing the rule. It comes from using it — out loud, until it stops feeling like translation.

So I built AAS Knowledge Point around one idea: teach in the language people already think in. Every lesson I teach is in Hinglish — I explain the rule in Hindi so you understand it instantly, then we build and practise the English out loud. The concept in हिंदी, the practice in English. That bridge is the whole method.
More than 4,000 students later, it still works the same way. Whether it’s an adult preparing for a job interview, a school student trying to lift their board marks, or someone targeting Band 7 in IELTS — the path is the same. Understand it in Hindi. Say it in English. Repeat until it’s yours.
What that looks like for my students
Real outcomes from real coaching — not a promise of fluency in 30 days.
My IELTS students consistently achieve Band 7 and above — with the focused work on Writing and Speaking that most self-study never reaches.
School students I’ve coached have gone from scores as low as 30 to over 80 in their finals and CBSE English board exams.
Over a thousand adults and children have transformed their spoken English through my six-month personalised coaching.

My approach, in four principles
These aren’t slogans — they’re the things I’ve seen work across thousands of students, and the reason AAS Knowledge Point is built the way it is.
Speaking over silent study
Fluency comes from using grammar and vocabulary in real sentences, out loud — not from memorising rules in isolation. Every class is built around speaking.
The Hindi bridge
You learn faster in the language you think in. I teach the rule in Hindi so you grasp it instantly, then we practise the English until it’s automatic.
Fix the real mistakes
Every guide, video and class targets the specific errors Hindi-speaking learners actually make — the translation traps you can’t hear until someone points them out.
Honesty over hype
No “fluent in 30 days.” No 200-student batches. Just a sequence that works if you follow it, in groups of three to four, taught by me.
