AAS Knowledge Point sells digital products only — there are no physical goods shipped.

Delivery of e-books

All mini e-books are delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF at the time of purchase, and a copy is also emailed to the address provided at checkout. No shipping charges apply, and there is no physical delivery timeline to track.

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your e-book download link or email within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please check your spam folder first, then contact aasknowledgepoint@gmail.com with your payment confirmation for immediate assistance.
