Return & Refund Policy

Because our mini e-books are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we follow the refund terms below.

E-books

As e-books are delivered immediately as a downloadable PDF, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, wrong topic delivered, or failed download — write to us at aasknowledgepoint@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resend the correct file or issue a refund.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same e-book due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us verifying the error.

How to request a refund

Email aasknowledgepoint@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
